I make each piece of pottery by hand in my home, and each piece is unique. Therefore, the size and color may vary among similar pieces. Be aware that the colors you see in the photo may be different from what you see in real life.
Care & Use:
All items are food safe.
Hand washing is recommended.
The bottom of each piece is sanded by hand. However, due to the grog in the clay, the bottom of the piece may still scratch surfaces.
Shipping:
Items are only shipped to the US and usually leave my studio within 1-3 business days. Shipping is via USPS, and tracking information will be provided. If you purchase multiple items, excess shipping fees will be refunded.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the USPS, it is unlikely they will fulfill a claim filed for missing goods even though the packages is insured. I am not responsible for stolen packages. Therefore, please watch for your delivery.
Damaged Items:
Pottery is fragile and despite my best efforts to ensure a safe delivery, occasionally, a piece may arrive damaged. If you receive pottery that has been damaged during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours and provide photos of the damaged pottery and shipping container.
Returns & Exchanges:
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or Wholesale:
I do not take custom or wholesale orders.
